The room seemed cramped.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, situated right in the heart of the city center, with excellent transport links to explore the area. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the famous mummy museum.

Some rooms, particularly those located in the basement, may lack windows and have strange ventilation.

the breakfast on the fifth floor was diverse and delicious. the parking lot that was included with the room was very convenient for our road trip.

The room we stayed in was a bit noisy due to the ventilation system and was a bit outdated, which took away from the overall experience. the friendly and helpful staff made up for it with their warm welcome and excellent service.

Fantastic location right beside the plaza and Iglesias San Marcos and big hill El Morro. The views of the port over a fantastic fifth-floor buffet breakfast were breathtaking. The included parking was so convenient. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay.

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. With shops and transport options close by, everything is easily accessible. The staff were also very helpful, ensuring that even though they may not speak English, they went out of their way to assist guests. Additionally, the rooms, though small and with strange ventilation, were surprisingly well-equipped, with basic amenities and enough space for bags. And to top it all off, breakfast was included, adding great value to the stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Arica. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect - right next to a plaza, close to the train station, good restaurants, and even the beach. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The rooms had strange ventilation, but that didn't affect my overall comfort. Plus, the breakfast included was a great start to each day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located right in the city center near the pedestrian area, various restaurants, and shopping options. It is also walking distance from the Chinchorro exhibit and the beach. the rooms are clean and spacious, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. Not to mention the helpful and polite staff always ready to assist you.

The breakfast could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right by the plaza and the cathedral, close to shops, transport and only a short walk from the beach. The staff were super friendly, making sure I had an early check-in and even prepared some sandwiches for me to take with me during the day. The room I stayed in was spacious, light and airy, with a small balcony, making my stay here even more enjoyable.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and it was great! The beds were super comfortable and the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a huge plus that the hotel was located near the sea and the main pedestrian walkway, making it easy to go for a stroll after a big Christmas meal. Another highlight was the fact that there was tourist information nearby to help us plan our activities.

The downsides were that the rooms were quite small. We had to be strategic with our luggage to prevent tripping over it.
